As every project varies from another to a great extent so we don’t approach “one fits all policy” and take time to understand the nature of project and keeping in view the scope of work, complication of drawings we provide a professional proposal for services before starting any project and upon go ahead from the client we proceed with project.

We charge per projects not per hour and it varies along project to project and we cut down your overhead cost in term of hiring a pricey & slow in-house estimator.

We generally serves Prime contractors, Sub Contractors, Home Builders, Property Owners, lenders and a few Architects.

Our Engineers typically complete a project in two to five days but if a larger & complex jobs comes in so we always check back with our client if there is a rush on the project. If so, then we accommodate them by putting a dedicated team of Engineers onto it with a little more fee to shield the overtime. We always try to submit an estimate a day or two before bid date.

Yes we do rough cost estimates based on the structure type, levels location, line plans and taking an idea of what you exactly want to build. This rough cost estimate helps you to identify the budget required to make important decisions pertaining to its design and development.

We are a blueprint estimation company so most of our project are based on drawing and specifications, but based on years of experience we are capable of performing assumption based estimates usually for bath and kitchen remodeling and addition estimates.

Our specialization is in commercial and residential projects that also touch some of the industrial work. We cover all kind of government and private project spanning new construction, Addition to existing structure, Remodeling and Renovation.

Types of buildings we do usually are High Rises Single Family Home, Multifamily Apartment, Restaurants, Medical Facilities, Educational Buildings, Religious Building, Retails and Takeaways.

Our estimates are generally for estimating bid amounts therefore we do not carry additional insurance and financial guarantees.

We charge in two terms an upfront requisition of fifty percent at starting and a final requisition of fifty percent before delivering the project. We accept all Visa, Master, Amex, PayPal and wire transfers.

We have a lot of clients down the line that trusts us from a long time but for a new customer’s satisfaction we provide a NDA that ties us to keep the provided document safe and secure.

If you want to set us up in your system as a registered vendor so we would love to provide you the compliance documents along W-9.
